By downloading, installing, or using Soul Arc, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of the Soul Arc iOS application and the soularc.app website.
Eligibility
Soul Arc is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Use of the App
Soul Arc is intended for personal self-development and reflection. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
— Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
— Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
— Impersonate another person or entity
— Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
— Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
Subscriptions & Billing
Soul Arc offers the following subscription options:
Monthly — $9.99/month
Annual — $69.99/year
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You will be charged through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings under Subscriptions.
Prices are in USD and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy. For refund requests, contact Apple directly through the App Store or reach out to us at help@soularc.app.
Your Content
Content you create within Soul Arc — journal entries, reflections, and archetype responses — remains yours. You grant Soul Arc a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content within the app solely for your personal use.
We will never use your journal entries or reflections to train AI models or share them with third parties.
Intellectual Property
All content within Soul Arc — including the app design, Umbra character, graphics, text, and features — is owned by Soul Arc and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Mental Health Disclaimer
Soul Arc is a self-development tool rooted in Jungian psychology concepts. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul Arc and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Soul Arc at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the app at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Soul Arc after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
